At Little Summer Club, our goal is simple: to make nourishing meals easier for parents and loved by kids. The information below outlines how ordering, delivery, food safety, and customer care work so you know exactly what to expect.

By placing an order with Little Summer Club, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are always open and close on Fridays at 12:00 PM (noon) for the following week's delivery.

All orders must be placed and paid for through our website before the order deadline.

At this time, orders cannot be modified once they have been submitted. If you have an urgent issue or made a mistake with your order, please contact us at info@littlesummerclub.com and we will do our best to help.

Delivery Information

Deliveries take place every Tuesday within our current delivery zone.

Prior to delivery, you will receive an email with your estimated two-hour delivery window.

Whenever possible, we recommend that someone be available to receive the order. If no one is home, we are happy to leave your order at your door. For best results, we encourage customers to leave a cooler or insulated bag outside for us to place the order in.

Because our products are perishable, customers are responsible for bringing their order inside and refrigerating it promptly after delivery.

Food Storage & Safety

Our meals and snacks are made fresh and are intended to be stored in the refrigerator upon delivery unless otherwise noted.

Fresh items should generally be consumed within 3–4 days of delivery. Frozen items should be transferred to the freezer as soon as possible unless they are being thawed for immediate use.

Specific storage, freezing, thawing, and reheating instructions are provided with each menu item and should always be followed.

Once delivery has been completed, customers are responsible for the proper storage and handling of all products.

Allergens & Dietary Information

The safety of your family is important to us.

While we take great care in preparing our meals, Little Summer Club operates in a kitchen where common allergens may be present, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.

Although some menu items may not contain certain allergens, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before placing an order and determining whether our products are suitable for their family's dietary needs.

Children's Meals

Our meals are thoughtfully designed for young children, generally ages 1–5 years.

As every child develops differently, parents and caregivers should always supervise children while eating and determine whether each product is appropriate for their child's age, developmental stage, and dietary needs.

Menu Availability

We proudly source many of our ingredients from local farms and producers whenever possible.

As a result, menu offerings and ingredients may occasionally change due to seasonality, availability, or sourcing considerations. If a substitution is necessary, we will always strive to maintain the same quality and nutritional standards.

Refunds & Order Issues

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@littlesummerclub.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Privacy

When you place an order or sign up for our newsletter, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order details.

This information is used solely to process orders, communicate with customers, provide delivery updates, and share Little Summer Club news and updates if you have chosen to subscribe.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its payment partners. Little Summer Club does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If SMS notifications are used, they will be limited to delivery-related communications.
